If this doesn’t work, the modem is bad. I guess I should rephrase my question and ask if anyone here has gotten this particular modem working in XP? I did try it on a different XP machine mkdem got the same behavior.

For Windows follow the instructions on the downloadable word document. Windows install files for OEM product
