Flipping between the uncorrected and corrected profile options did change the display and the change remained after closing the application. Since I was just becoming aware of the whole concept of color management, I didn’t want to spend hundreds of dollars, and I didn’t want a product so complicated that learning how to use it would turn into a hobby in itself.
