Was not an issue before. Uninstalling and reinstalling the battery control worked for me.

Venkatesh U Replied microsort October 14, Right-click on the device driver and click Uninstall. That normally means your battery is on the way out. This worked first touch.

I took your advice and took out the battery and then put it back in while my computer was on, and it finally started charging again!
