The only thing i can recommend you at the moment is to run Windows Update to see if any drivers related to your mother board are found, if it does and eealtek are lucky Realtek High Definition Audio Driver should show up as well,then install them. What you can do is find something in that list closest to your machine and try the following: It is a list of different options for your ALC chipset. Finally, select to restart the system and press [Finish] to complete the installation.
